Poetry #503
(published September 9, 2010)
Aubade
by Papa Osmubal
Last night I had a dream in
colors—I was a sudden Joseph.

A carefully knitted
rainbow blanket
cocooned me.

When I woke up I
was a perfect butterfly—brighter
and more colorful than the sun.

Papa Osmubal writes from Macau, Southern China.
