This is very painful to hear. I expect anyone who plays arena shows sounds just as awful.
I've just got through watching this show and I'm shocked at how much I loved it. Especially the episodes written by Paul Gross (which often feature him singing an original song that he wrote.)
Due South is the story of a mountie who comes to Chicago on the trail of the killers of his father and finds himself to be a de facto exile from Canada. He stays in Chicago and can't help himself from, well, fighting crime. He quickly becomes a feature at the Chicago Police Department and befriends a loser detective. The two of them form a surprisingly effective team.
He also has a deaf wolf named Diefenbaker. Oh, and the ghost of his father often shows up to give him inscrutable advice.
The show is one part fish out of water, one part superhero, one part cop drama, one part Northern Exposure in reverse and one generous part of gay subtext.
If you're looking for a good place to start (besides the actual start) I'd recommend the two-part "Victoria's Secret." <>P More videos after the jump:
