Russia's vice-chairman publicaly asks Russians to only have sex once per quarter

What the fuck is even going on in Russia these days? #2 man in Russia`s parliament: Keep sex to once a quarter, 3-4x/year
Russia’s descent into the 15th century quickened today with the announcement by the number two man in the Russian parliament, vice-chairman Vladimir Zhirinovsky, wants Russia to have new “norms for sexual activity, whereby they only have sex “once a quarter – or three to four times a year.” Zhirinovsky, according to the RIA Novosti, was lamenting the larger cultural “problem” in Russia of the “younger generation” watching pornography and, more generally, “frivolous films.” He says that these films have caused young people to think that “the more [sex] the better.”

Someone tried to kill 750 gay men on New Year's Eve

In Seattle, an arsonist tried to burn down a gay club with 750 people inside. Thankfully, he failed. Joe. My. God.: SEATTLE: New Year's Eve Arson Attempt At Packed Gay Nightclub
Police are searching for an attempted arsonist who allegedly poured gasoline on a carpeted stairway leading to the second level of Neighbours Nightclub and trying to set it on fire. Seattle police said an attempted arsonist poured the gas in the stairway just after midnight New Year’s Day. The arsonist lit the gas and left, police said. Luckily, the fire was quickly discovered and put out with a fire extinguisher. Someone in the club also pulled the fire alarm, causing sprinklers to activate and dousing the flames. Police said all of the 750 patrons celebrating the New Year’s holiday managed to evacuate safely and no one was injured.

Realtors intentionally sabotaged home sale so they could have a sex pad

They did everything they could to prevent the home from being sold just so they could have sex in the house. They are very much fired now. New Jersey Realtors Caught on Camera Having Sex in a Client's Home
A New Jersey couple is suing real estate firm Coldwell Banker and two of its New Jersey agents for allegedly sabotaging sales so that the agents could use their vacant home to have sex. Richard and Sandra Weiner contracted with two agents — Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan — to sell their Wayne, New Jersey home in 2010. Lindsay, the former president of the Passaic County Board of Realtors, advised the couple to list the house for $650,000. But instead of showing the home to potential customers, Lindsay and Phelan showed themselves — on camera — at least ten times over a two-year period. "Lindsay used his position at Coldwell to obtain for himself and Phelan a place to have sex," and he "listed the house above market value to avoid Realtor traffic in the home while he and Phelan carried on their trysts,” according to the suit. The agents literally got caught with their pants down after Sandra Weiner saw two strange people with flashlights on the home's security cameras. . . .

Christian school suspends teacher after someone else posts photos of her on revenge porn site

Why is the first step always to punish the victim? Christian school suspends teacher after photo appears on ‘revenge porn’ website | The Raw Story
A female teacher at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy in Ohio has been placed on administrative leave after school officials found a nude photograph of her on a “revenge porn” site. “Revenge porn” sites publish photographs stolen by hackers or posted by malicious ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends, along with identifying information about the person. In this case, the photograph of the teacher — who is not named — was posted on the site on November 23, the day before she reported her iPhone stolen. A spokesman from the schoool said “we have an employee who appears in some photos that have been compromised and made digitally available,” but he did not indicate how the photographs were first discovered, or whether any of her students had seen them. A parent of one of her students told WCPO that while “the woman is already a victim,” because this is “a Christian school, parents are upset that a teacher is even taking naked pictures and sending them to people — and her students are old enough to get online and Google their teacher’s name and the photos come up.”

Shia LaBeouf apologizes for plagiarism by plagiarizing his apology

One comes away with the feeling that Shia LaBeouf is either deeply lazy or just incredibly dumb. Shia LaBeouf May Have Plagiarized His Apology for Plagiarism | Underwire | Wired.com
Last night on Twitter, LaBeouf wrote the following: Copying isn’t particularly creative work. Being inspired by someone else’s idea to produce something new and different IS creative work. — Shia LaBeouf (@thecampaignbook) December 17, 2013 In my excitement and naivete as an amateur filmmaker, I got lost in the creative process and neglected to follow proper accreditation — Shia LaBeouf (@thecampaignbook) December 17, 2013 . . . And now, let’s look at what “Lili,” a user on Yahoo! Answers, had to say about plagiarism four years ago. “Merely copying isn’t particularly creative work, though it’s useful as training and practice,” she wrote. “Being inspired by someone else’s idea to produce something new and different IS creative work, and it may even revolutionalize the ‘stolen’ concept.”
