To enjoy Poor Mojo's Almanack on your PDA, please subscribe to our AvantGo channels. AvantGo is a free service which automatically downloads any number of channels, such as our humble offerings or The New York Times, to your handheld when you sync. At the risk of gilding the lily, let me just take this moment to say that, Yes, this service ROCKS. AvantGo charges you nothing, and neither farms nor sells data about you (as near as I can tell, and I've been using thier service since, like, Spring of '99) and doesn't sneak any ads into your channels. AvantGo can currently accommodate Palm, WindowsCE/PocketPC, and WAP-enabled mobilephone users. To Subscribe to Our AvantGo ChannelsTo receive PMjA through AvantGo you need to follow the customized AvantGo setup process described below. If you are already using AvantGo start with step two (which will take you to AvantGo's custom "Create Channel" service.) All of the appropriate info will already be filled in, for your convenience, so that you can get back to trimming the mainsail or swabbing decks or sharpening guillotines or, like, whatever- you'll only need to click the "Save Channel" button, and then you'll be all set to reap the benefits of a privateer's life (yar!) If you do not already have an AvantGo account, start with step one, which will just about take you by the hand and lead you through AvantGo's initial setup procedure. Afterwards you will need to return here and follow the link in step two in order to subscribe to Poor Mojo's Almanack
See, easy as pie! Enjoy! |
